About the Role and Your Responsibilities

Lund has a strong association life that is constantly evolving.

The Unit for Sports and Association Development works to help more residents of Lund find community and health through sports, movement, and association life. We do this, among other things, by supporting associations financially and in dialogue, facilitating the booking of the municipality's facilities, and working with needs analyses and the development of new sports facilities.

We are now looking for a sports administrator with a strong commitment to the development of sports, the association life, and contributing to an active leisure time for the residents of Lund. The tasks are varied and include working with seasonal planning for our sports associations and providing ongoing support to the association life. In addition, the role of the administrator may include needs analyses, invoicing, and revising fees. You will have close contact with the association life and our operations organization.

We Are Looking for You

We are looking for someone who:

has a university degree in a relevant field for the position or equivalent qualifications as assessed by the employer
has knowledge of and experience with association life, specifically the conditions of sports associations
has experience in scheduling or booking and digital systems for this
is structured
is communicative and receptive to different interests

We consider it an advantage to have:

experience working in public administration
experience in financial administration
experience with the grant and booking system Rbok
experience working with or within sports associations

Great importance will also be placed on personal qualities. You are self-driven and used to taking overall responsibility. You find it easy to plan and work in a structured manner. The ability to create good relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, is a prerequisite for succeeding in this role.
